i only play starcraft and warcraft at the moment

Diablo 3 hasn't come out yet. It comes out in the summer of this year, I believe it is. I cannot wait for it.

It most definitely does NOT come out this summer.

Blizzard is only focusing on WoW: WOTLK and SC2

Diablo 3 will be released (at the EARLIEST), end of 09, early to mid 2010

I was reading a Topic posted on the Blizzard Site, saying that the game is aimed to come out this summer.

On a side note, if enough people from here play the game, we can make a clan.

as you can see at that link, they are expecting just an ANNOUNCEMENT at Blizzcon in October of this year.

Blizzard hasn't even officially said they are working on Diablo 3, but the speculation is there and probably true.
