In an effort to get more people involved with news threads we have decided it was best to change the way news stories are posted here. Normally one would just copy the link and paste it or they would copy and paste the whole news article and provide a link. Well to cutdown on the possible reprocussions for copying copywritten material and the unattractiveness of just reading a copied news article we have come up with a better way to do this.
Read the article first, Come up with a paragraph summary of the article and then give your opinions or own comments on the subject.

I appreciate it man. I know there are going to habitual offenders but this is one thing we can do to get people involved instead of just going to espn.com and then copy paste, post and then nothing.

Ok, question here....
If you are forming your own synopsis, why would you need a linkback to the article since you're paraphrasing anyway? |

you wouldnt really have to provide a linkback if you arent using the original source's article title or referencing it at all. But if you are referencing it in any way you need to. Good questions Sweets, i should've clarified it a bit better
