List of things the PGP will be improving by Sunday and the long term plans for the Pub - The Postgame Pub

Hey fellow members. Usually this is a thread I like to place in the staff forum but I want everyone to know what we have planned for this place for now and the future.

Our short term goals:

1. First and foremost, it's time for us to reach back out to the members we've lost along the way here. Some had personal conflicts with other members and others just simply didn't like some of the changes. While some changes were absolutely necessary some just didn't work.
2. Time to sure up the sagging forums. Those forums would be the NBA Forum and NHL Forum. I've been gearing myself to get back into the NBA and NCAA Basketball so I'm going to make it a point to keep things moving in there. Darius did do a great job in there and just because he's no longer around doesn't mean we should let it go to waste. The NHL Forum has always been the redheaded step child around here, it never gets any love. We will try to change that.
3. I want to make the Baseball Forum even better than it is. I plan on making the news and rumors forum a staple throughout the offseason and really putting a lot more effort into it. Cruz has been doing a tremendous job keeping things fresh and I want my work to compliment his.
4. I would like to focus a lot more on the Blogs. Blogs pull in a lot of viewers and google loves Blogs and it will help bring in potential new members Anyone wanting to write a plug, simply need to contact and staff member or admin. We will honor every request by any members that want to blog. Your Blogs also get published in the main forum to get more viewers so you know your thoughts and hard work do not go to waste.
5. I want sure up the Pub theme a bit more with a few quirks that you guys will enjoy, The pub theme will be this forum's identity and set us apart from other forums.
6. The Tshirts have been ordered and will be here shortly. There was a delay when I went to put the order in. So I didn't forget
7. We will figure something out for the NWS Forum. I think the problem is it was acsessible to everyone and that shouldn't be the case anymore. We can't use blatent titles that would bring questions on by any company that we use for ads.

In all these are just some of the things we are working on. I will be adding to this list as the next few days pass.

Yea we need to step up the NBA forums. We have someone that will put the dedication to it.

I'm already brainstorming for the hockey forums, we gotta reach out and get some Canadians to join the Pub.

Jasz, was a good guy here early on, it was unfortunate that we had little hockey interest.

maybe if make a Labatt Blue theme it will draw some in..hahah
