MONEY MAYWEATHER!!!! Hate him or love him, he retires as the best pound-for-pound fighter out there, at an undefeated 39-0. I am not a big follower of boxing, but man I loved watching this guy's fights. Boxing lost it's largest superstar and now MMA will probably take over as the fight sport of choice. His rematch with Oscar De La Hoya is cancelled as a result, not that old Oscar would've won anyway.

Yeah he's retired until he gets a big payday. At least him and boxers like DLH actually were smart with their money though.

Boxing has been downhill since the Tyson glory days. Heavyweights are the only real big draw. And without a dominating guy like Mike the sport has suffered.
