These are not ALL confirmed fights, but they are likely to happen:

Champion Anderson Silva vs. Rich Franklin (for middleweight title)
Tim Sylvia vs. Brandon Vera
Jason MacDonald vs. Yushin Okami
Josh Burkman vs. Forrest Petz
Stephan Bonnar vs. Eric Schafer
Alan Belcher vs. Kalib Starnes
Jorge Gurgel vs. Alvin Robinson
Demian Maia vs. TBA
Jason Black vs. Matt Grice

The 1st 2 are the major big fights on this card.

Anderson Silva will be defending his title against Rich Franklin. Rich Franklin fought A Silva before but was brutally KO'd via Muay Thai clinch destruction. Lets see if he has learned a thing or two about the MT defense.

Tim Sylvia will be facing the hyped Brandon Vera. This fight is likey for the #1 contender in the Heavy Weight division.

Both should be good. I also think the Okami vs MacDonald fight will be nice as well.
