I started with a slap in the face diet and been busting my ass in the gym 5-6 days a week. Very clean diet and averaging between 2500-2800 calories ED, all clean. 150-200g of protien 100-150g carbs (more carbs when lifting) and about 15-25g of fat. I do 45 mins of cardio in between lifting days.
Im not gonna lie, I really lost myself for awhile I was almsot pushing 245. The shocking thing is for years I was in great shape and then all of a sudden didnt have the urge anymore. For 2 years i did no excercises, al I did was eat junk food. Im just happy to get my body back to where it was. Right now Im down 25 pounds, with 3 pounds fluctuating daily due to water weight |

Good job Chubz. It figures that as soon as I get the ambition, weight set and bike I wake up one day with what seems like a nerve problem in my back. I haven't made an appointment with a doctor yet, because it's like it hits a peak, and then rescinds, and just when I think it is finally gone for good, I yawn, sneeze or something else to aggravate it. Now for the time being my change in diet is going to have to get things on the right path for when I am 100%.

still down about 26 pounds. lately ive been skipping cardio for the extran weightlifting and its paying off. Size and strength are going up every week.

What does your diet consist of? Ive been in the gym for a week(M,W,F) now and ive lost about 2 pounds.
My diet is Oatmeal for breakfast Subway for lunch Chicken breast for dinner I do about 20 minutes of cardio before i start lifting. I just started doing sqauts and dead lifts, but before i was just working my arms and chest. |

squats and deadlifts are a staple, you will build size with them

Amazing how fast the body slides when you loose that urge to keep it in shape. I'll admit that I'm climbing the charts slowly went from a nice 150 up to 170 now.. and rising. I suppose I should do something about it.

Cool man, thats good progress though you probably have a lot less to lose than me. Im down 27 lbs since October 11, but Ive also gained some muscle as well.
