Simply register at http://www.centsports.com to get started.

The jist of it is that you get $0.10 to start off with, and then build your way up. If you go broke, you will receive another $0.10 to work with once again. When your account balance is under $3, you can obtain a percentage bonus with your bets (that is where the ads mainly come into play; you'll understand once you see them).

I've been a member for about 9 months now. Phi has already signed up. I thought this would be a nice alternative since our vBookie application hasn't been used in a good while.

Nope.

When you want to cash out (I believe it is now a minimum of $20), they'll send you a check for the requested amount.

I do that a lot, too, and it's not a good thing.

I was up to $16 at one point, and then decided to start betting on tennis. Tipsarevic made me go broke by losing 3 straight bets on him when he was the easy favorite.

My shitlist keeps on growing.
