It's kinda pointless if people aren't going to follow the topic/theme. The winner on this one didn't follow it at all, and still won....

ok...this time we will follow the rules...

but my landmark will not be well known. It is a landmark that is posted on the hwy and local maps but not something a tourist would want to see. There is not very much in Greenville that a tourist would come to see and I want to avoid downtown because the other local guys on here have cameras that cost 3 times what mine cost and take a million times better pics and I'm sure they have already shot the hell out of downtown and I don't want to take a chance of taking a pic they will be posting.

Chances are the other local guys dont even know of the spot I'm going to be taking a pic of!

Yeah I agree with you Josh...I have two kids I can't be going around looking for a "KNOW" landmark in the FAMOUS upstate SC! I mean a well know landmark for me might be a funny shaped tree in the woods behind my house, that I use to find my way back home...IF you want to get technical about the def. of landmark! Originally, a landmark literally meant a geographic feature used by explorers and others to find their way back or through an area. But thats just me..I guess :)
