Does it still have to be a new shot, or can you use a shot you took previously? It seems like alot of people are really busy and might have a pic that would work, just don't have the time to take a fresh pic. Just as long as you took the pic I don't see why it matters when you took it and as long as it fits the contest topic.....what do you guys think?
