from now on

2 points per thread creation
1 point per reply
20 points per referral
10 points for new user signup

Admin can hand out points if the deem it acceptably. BUT not to be abused.

At the end of every month, the person with highest amount of vcash due to pickum winnings or just total vcash will recieve a prize
