they need to beat Detroit to goto a playoff for the division with the twins....

if the white sox win and goto a playoff, whatever team that comes out ofthe division will lose in the first round of the playoffs...not only will they have a lower record than all the other teams, they will also be on less rest...

its is tied right now in the 5th and the tigers have a man on first and third with 0 outs

indeed....and it is in Chicago too so i would have to say that chicago might be able to take this momentum and win tomorrow

I knew the White sox were going to win right after that 1st inning when they scored the 1st run. That 1st run is huge in terms of momentum with Cabrera scoring on that play. It is going to be exciting to watch that game today.
