LMAO @ D'Antoni. He must be shitting a brick after hearing this news.
Chicago needs to package the pick and some talent to get a superstar. |

We need to draft Rose. Beasley is a very talented player, but what we lacked last year is a guy who can penetrate in the lane and diss off to our jump shooters. Rose is exactly what we need and it allows us to S&T Gordon along with say, Nocioni if Elton Brand wants to opt out of the Clippers and come back. That's way to hopeful, but I still like the idea of Rose; he just makes everyone else that much better.
Rose - Hughes - Deng - Gooden - Noah Hinrich - Thabo - Nocioni - Thomas - Gray There's a 10 man rotation that's quality at every position. We can mix and match at the guards and we'd have to get Thomas and Rose on the floor together as they could reek havoc like Paul and Chandler did this year. Beasley is a special talent, but but a lanky guy on him and force him to take jumpers and that's a major problem as he isn't the type to make his teammates that much better. Rose on the other hand will be good, maybe not as good a single player as Beasley, but he will make everyone better by getting them easy baskets and open looks, boosting their confidence. |
