Default Poker/Texas Hold 'Em Thread

I was wondering if there was an interest in poker (either online or in a casino), and if it would warrant any discussion here. I generally don't play for money any more, but if there are enough players here, maybe we can whip up some conversation.

I've probably played at least 100,000 hands, online alone.

I just had a home game last night and got completely sucked out when I was head's up against the chip leader. I had Ks Qs, he gets Kh 10h, flop comes down Ah Jh rag. He slow bets me until I'm forced all-in, and shows his flush draw. Of course, he hit a heart on the turn.

I wonder if I can convince the guys here to join me for an actual table game at a casino sometime this week. Home games are fine, but I want the professional dealer and table in a casino setting. TI and Bally's do Sit n Go tournaments for fairly cheap ($50, or so), so that's our best bet.

I'm pretty huge on poker. I would definitely like that addition, ask Chubz maybe? I play just about everyday. I have played tons of online and live play.

I have been to the Commerce Casino and played some 9-18 there too, It was fun. I play 3-6 and some 4-8 or 6-12 KILL regularly.

I played some last weekend actually.

My AK got busted by 44 on an A 10 4 flop. I was positive he had the 44 by the way he played it, but I couldn't get off my hand.

Tough spot to get away from. Depends on the game, stack sizes, etc.

I can't believe this is a sports discussion board, yet no one plays poker?
